Kazoo Cuttlebone is an ideal natural source of calcium and can be used as a supplement for the health and well-being of your bird.
Cuttlebone is the main oval shaped bone found inside a cuttlefish. People often find these bones washed onto the beach from the ocean. Some birds will eagerly eat the cuttlebone while others prefer it to be ground down into smaller pieces or powder.
You can use a mortar and pestle to grind the cuttlebone into smaller pieces or a fine powder, that can then be mixed with their regular food.
